Q1 : How to pair monitor if I reset the Display and Camera?

A1 :

First of all, Make sure the Camera is powered on, and the the displayer is charged.
Second, press the MENU button and find out the setting logo and enter,you will see the camera image, and press OK button, then follow the suggetion.
Third, long press the camera Yellow Botton(Long press Pairing/short Press Calling) until you hear the Tone, and you will see the sentence “The device is bound” showed at the linking page. When you see the “The device is bound”, It means the connection succeeded. (ATTN: no need to long press the OK button).and you just press the back button, and you can use it now.

Q 2 : Why do the Camera and Display keep making harsh noise when I try to connect them?

A 2 : Well, It is a common situation, when you place the camera and screen too close, in order to have a good experience of using. It is suggested to keep the camera 5-meter away from the display.

Q 3 : Why is the display unable to record the video and take screenshot?

A 3 :Firstly, Plug the SD Card Storage Max(Only the Fat32) to the SD CARD SLOT of the camera or diplay

(if you plug to the camera slot, you can record the video, take photos, play back, and view the gallery via “Tuya Smart” app on your smartphone.)
(If you plug to the display slot, you are able to record the video, take photos,and view the gallery from the display)

“Tuya Smart” APP INSTALLATION

Step 1: Scan the QR Code or Search Tuya, download it. Open it and sign in and here comes to the Step2.

Step 2: Press the red button “+” choose Security & Video Surveillance

Step 3: Select the (Smart Camera (Wi-Fi)

Step 4: Check Make sure the indicator is flashing quickly or a prompt tone is heard, Press Next.

Step 5: Enter your wifi password and Press Next.

Step 6: Long press the Reset Button of the camera by using reset pin for about 5 seconds and once you see the fast flashing red light of the camera, have the QR Code Scanned by the camera, when hear the tone press to the next.

Step 7: Wait untill they connect successfully, if it does not connect to it, try the step6 again to connect them.
