The suction cup must keep clean, and the ground must be clean and dust-free, press hard to ensure that the suction cup is tightly sucked on the ground that playpen will keep stable. (Add the rectangular suction cup fix devices will be more stable)

Notice: Suction cups are suitable for placing at flat, smooth surface like smooth hardwood floor or tile floor, not suitable for carpet.

Q&A

Q: Why is the top connector broken after I pulled it out?

A: The top connector and L shape connector set once installed are not allowed to take apart. (they are locked with each other in case of missing)

You can press down or pull out the top connector a little bit to keep the “fix” and “folding“ status.

That’s to say, do not pull the whole top connector out if not necessary.

If you need to disassemble the panels or add more panels, we recommend you to take the L shape accessory directly from the panels or pull out the top connector carefully by not using too much strength.

In the end, any missing or broken pieces can get replacement from us.

Q: Update on Albott baby playpen

A: 1. Albott has updated screw free playpen design (include hinge connector part) to avoid any choking hazard accident. 2. The baby gate has updated newest safety baby enclosure lock that baby inside is not able to open it.
